Lemon Rice

LEMON RICE











Ingredients


Cooked rice - 2 cups (8 - 10 tablespoon)
Lemon Extract - 4 teaspoon
Red Chillies - 2 No.s
Green Chillies - 2 No.s
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Lentil - 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Coriander Leafs chopped - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 2 pinches
Oil - 3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch

METHOD
  1. Heat the Oil in medium size deep pan
  2. Add Mustard Seeds . Let it splutter
  3. Add lentils . Saute for 10 seconds
  4. Add asafoetida then silted green chillies and red chillies
  5. Mix lemon extract , salt , turmeric powder
  6. Now put this mixture of (lemon extract , salt , turmeric powder) in to the seasoned stuff...
  7. Let it for 30 Seconds
  8. Remove the pan from flame .. Add cooked rice to this mixture and stir gently
  9. Finally add chopped coriander leafs

SIDE DISH

Mango Pickle
Salted Green chillies
Fried potato chips
